Lance received his BBA in 1986 from Baylor University. As the Past President of the Texas Hearing Aid Association Board of Directors, he helped ensure quality hearing healthcare for the hearing impaired of Texas. He is licensed by the Texas State Board. Lance is a member of the Texas Hearing Aid Association, and the International Hearing Society and has obtained the Audioprosthologist designation by the International Hearing Society. Lance stays updated with the latest advancements in the field and has been honored with Provider of Distinction and has shared in many clinic awards like the Collins Operational Effectiveness, Team First Impression and the Outstanding Practice Achievement Award. Lance is presiding officer to the Advisory Board for Hearing Instrument Fitters and Dispensers by the Texas Department of Licensing and Registration. Outside of work, Lance loves to work on his ranch, ride horses, and loves answering to his favorite name “PawPaw”.
