She holds degrees in Emergency Medical Services from NE Texas Community College, and Senior Living Management from SW Adventist University. As a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist, Courtney uses both her advanced training and personalized approach to ensure that each patient receives exceptional support and solutions for their hearing needs. Courtney stays updated with the latest advancements in the field and has shared in clinic awards such as the Team First Impression Award. Outside of work, Courtney is a Volunteer Fire Fighter.
